The mission of the Lewis County New York Veterans Service Agency (LCVSA) is to provide information and help Veterans, Family Members, and Active Military members obtain assistance and benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The LCVSA is open 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. There are no fees for LCVSA services and all matters are strictly confidential. LCVSA is located on the first floor of the Lewis County Court House, 7660 North State Street, Lowville, NY. Appointments are not necessary but recommended as specific documents and information may be required.
The LCVSA will help complete forms and application packets. We monitor the status of the claim and submit additional information/documents as required. We act as the claimant's representative when dealing with VA.
