Those concerned about food sources and quality may purchase seasonal farm production. We are a heritage farming concern, basically, we do it like grandpa did it. We do not employ chemicals, hormones or other artificial means to enhance our product. The finest product....naturally!
Porter~Ofannin offers beef shares of 1/8; 1/4; 1/2 sides.
Our finest quality beef is pre-sold before processing to provide the freshest product possible. The beef is aged, vacuum sealed, shrink wrapped and flash frozen.
Porter O'Fannin also provides a vacation lodge, where visitors (up to a party of 8) may stay 2-14 nights.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Served with the Navy 1964-1968. Worked electronics and had to keep gear operating and work within a limited framework. Very often the motto was use it up,wear it out, make it do,or do without. That philosophy helps a great deal when on a limited budget or starting a business on a shoestring. Learning to negotiate with various people and circumstances was a daily thing then and is still that way today.
