Many years of working with no such thing as an excuse for failure We always were able to get the job done, regardless of the size and frequency of the hurtles to with we were exposed. In the old school navy you learned to be responsible , self starting, and upfront. As a young leader with a large division of subordinates I learned that years do not ensure ability. Knowledge and the urge to increase that knowledge is where the ability comes from. One must be dedicated to forge ahead.
