Allen Development Company is a Veteran Owned & Operated Business that specializes in land development and construction for both commercial and residential use.
Our main goal is to develop areas between tier-1 cities and implant new jobs and housing projects in the form of businesses, subdivisions, condos and apartment complexes. We also invest in other real estate ventures across the country and we look to develop franchises in the future.
We use a team of highly motivated, knowledgeable and skilled individuals who all share the same mindset as our operation staff. We look to succeed in everything we do and grow both individually and professionally from each new experience and project. As a team we look to not only bring new homes into areas, but we are also dedicated to bringing new jobs into every area we build in and to better the community and give people new opportunities.

With 5 years in service and still going strong, I have evolved into a great SGT and Team Leader both stateside and in combat. As a leader I never ask my team to do anything I will not stand next to them and do. I am always the hardest worker on my team and the first guy to show up and last guy to leave.
