Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My two deployments (Sinai and Afghanistan) taught me perseverance. I am working my way through college to earn my bachelors in business management. I am paying for school through the vocational rehabilitation program, as I am 100% service-connected disabled. Through my time in the Guard, I had to learn patience, perseverance, and how to interact with people from all walks of life. I also gained self confidence and learned how to represent myself in a positive way.
