Kim Panozzo - HomeSmart is lead by full time Professional Real Estate Agent and a member of the National, Arizona and Phoenix Association of Realtors. Kim is originally from Brooks Minnesota, joined the United States Air Force and lived in Germany for 2 ½ of my 4 years of service. After leaving the service in 1992 Kim and her husband lived in Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois before moving to Scottsdale in November of 1994.

After her service, Kim was in accounting for 10 years before transitioning to Real Estate sales. The change in careers has provided her with the opportunity to spend more time with her family, the ability to focus on giving back to the community with Habitat for Humanity and church service. She is a proud mother of 2 beautiful girls, Courtney and Nicole.

Kim possesses a true affection for the Arizona desert and the surrounding mountains. She specializes in Scottsdale as well as most of metropolitan Phoenix, and helps sellers stage their homes to sell. Kim also works with buyers; pointing out the good and the bad about buying a home in order to maximize return on investment or save money.

Kim communicates well and strives for smooth transactions by remaining levelheaded and respecting everyone involved. She is trustworthy and detailed oriented which makes her very reliable. Kim gets the job done!
