Mr Turnbull took on the assignment as the CACI Inc. Logistics Program Manager for the Air Force's Consolidated Space Operations Center where he introduced the Air Force to new concepts in supporting commercial satellite equipment. Duane formed a team of the smartest technical people he had known in his 20 year Air Force career - a career that saw him promoted eight times and receive special recognition from the President for his work.
