Start2Heel Mission is to empower female veterans back to their femininity and self identification while transitioning from their military career to civilan employment in the community.
Encourage female youth to establish early practices of professionalism by assisting them with appearance which results in a first impression experience for successful employment.
Start2heel will provide female veterans with high heel shoes in exchange of their combat boots. We accept male combat boots as well. Combat boots will be donated to homeless shelters and other organizations.
Female youth will be given high heel shoes in exchange of their volunteer hours.
Start2Heel Vision is to build self confidence, strength, and camaraderie in the female community.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The military service prepared me to be a better business owner by installing or redefining my characteristics, and strengths. It gave me the determination and motivation to succeed regardless of the obstacles. The military service convinced me to always believe that "failure is not an option."
