Classes are intended to teach boxing or self-defense and ballet which is a healthy life style for individuals of all ages. The classes will be conducted in a fun and positive environment which will help individuals of all ages learn self-defense, gain confindence, for boxing and for ballet, poise and artistic dance form which uses formalized set steps and arm and leg gestures that is characterized by light, graceful fluid movements.

Being in the military I have learned to be a better person. I am more of a leader that shows obedience, patience's and determination. I am able to endure many obstacles that life throws in my path. It has shown me how to work in unison with others to achieving my targeted goals. I understand the upkeep of ones body and toning of the muscles and these qualities are ones that I would like to pass on to others.
