I've always had a passion for helping people and fitness. By joining the USCG I was able to follow both of these passions. During my time I served as a Unit Health Promotion Coordinator for my shipmates.This allowed me to see how much I enjoyed coaching people through fitness, a positive mindset & healthy habit building. I have now made it my life's mission to help others experience the tremendous benefits of living a positive, healthy & active life each and every day through TriFitness Gym!
