Our founder is a battle-tested leader who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She served 6 years in the Army as a Military Police Sergeant and deployed to Afghanistan in 2012. She turned to agriculture as a way to transition back to civilian life. This "mission first" mentality has enabled her to persevere through the obstacles that an entrepreneur may face and establish her families homestead on 18 acres of land in Harwinton, CT. A true Farmer Veteran success story.
