Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will make. It carries many risks but can also be very rewarding. At Lakeview Inspection Services, we aim to offer home inspections to give you peace of mind in this process.

Contrary to popular belief, home inspections are not required to purchase a home but they are highly recommended, even for newly constructed homes. Our inspection will include, but are not limited to, a visual inspection of roofs and attics, plumbing and fixtures, interior and exterior spaces, fireplaces and more. We will also test the air conditioner, furnace, water heater, appliances and light fixtures, when accessible. We, also, provide "11th hour" home inspections prior to your home warranty expiring.

We provide service in northern Utah County and south Salt Lake County. We do provide a 10% discount for all active military, Veterans and First Responders. Please call or message for pricing.
