Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I still use the Air Force core values as my personal core values. Integrity First, Service Before Self, Excellence in all I do. Having integrity and putting service before myself, I feel puts me ahead of most business owners. Obviously starting a business is a way for me to become financially independent, but I want to make sure that I can do the same for my employees. I don't want my employees to have to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet. And Excellence is best.
