Blue Line Security Consulting Inc. is owned and operated by prior military and prior law enforcement professionals with a combined 60 years of military, law enforcement and private security experience dedicated to superior service to its clients. We strive to hire security professionals that maintain our high standards of integrity and professionalism, while adhering to the strictest of industry standards.

All our security professionals are also prior military that have been vetted thru rigorous background checks including criminal history, driving history and fingerprinting. Every security professional must undergo pre-employment training involving applicable laws, patrol techniques, state firearms certifications and training, defensive tactics, chemical and non-lethal force options and apprehension techniques. Our security professionals are required to possess their CA CCW permit, CA open carry permit and their CA guard cards prior to employment.

While employed with Blue Line Security Consulting Inc., each security professional must attend 24 hours of training every six months to ensure compliance and understanding of the above-mentioned areas as well as to maintain their certifications. All our training is conducted in-house by certified instructors with years’ experience in the required fields. Blue Line Security Consulting Inc. practices a drug and alcohol free work environment and requires all our security professionals to submit to random drug and alcohol screening.
