Norberto is a U.S. Army retired wounded veteran with two-Operation Iraqi Freedom tours. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a double major in General Management and in Human Resources. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Hospitality and Customer Service is his passion. Norberto started in customer service when he was 14 years old and for the last 14 years he worked as General Manager under Choice Hotels and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
