We have a family-friendly training atmosphere where people of all ages, shapes and sizes can attend, feel comfortable, and enrich their lives with new skills at their level.
We offer many different styles of classes, from restorative to aerial-batics, from stretching to flying and featuring an annual Aerial Arts student showcase. Start with an Intro/Beginner class for the apparatus you would like to learn.
We have way too much fun being strong.
Almost anyone can do this. Move through stretches, build strength, and improve balance, all while being totally supported. Engage the world in a new, fun way. Yes, even build brain cells while you strengthen your core. Gentle or flying! There is something for everyone!
