I've been in healthcare since 2002, starting as a Combat Army Medic before obtaining my Bachelor of Nursing Science and later my Master's as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2021. My approach combines medication management with solution-focused and supportive talk therapy. I provide care for adults 19-60 from all walks of life. I am licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa.
