In the Navy, I was given the opportunity to exceed the expectations of all, I was given the courage to succeed where other have turned away, I was given the confidence to stand tall and face the challenges in front of me head on, eye to eye. I was given brothers and sisters with the same confidence and courage to watch over me as I would proudly watch over them. Most importantly I was given the opportunity to defend this wonderful country and her people against enemies both foreign and domestic.
